本发明涉及一种制造真空玻璃的真空烧结炉,包括真空机组及耐高温风机、真空烧结炉,真空机组、耐高温风机设置在真空烧结炉外部,真空机组通过真空管道与真空烧结炉的炉内连通,耐高温风机分别通过进风管、出风管与真空烧结炉的炉内连通,在真空烧结炉内,连通耐高温风机进风管的进风排管均布间隔安装在炉体内壁上,连通耐高温风机出风管的出风排管均布间隔安装在炉体内的上壁或者/和下壁上,进风管和出风管通过耐高温风机形成炉内外闭路循环。本真空烧结炉成本价格低,能在常压下加热封边,解决了炉内真空状态下加热给玻璃粉带来的大量气泡而造成的封边漏气问题,有效提高了真空玻璃的质量,低压下抽真空并封口形式特别适用于平板真空玻璃的制造,体积小、能耗低。

The vacuum sintering furnace is low in cost price, a sealing side can be heated under normal pressure, the problem of the air leakage of the sealing side caused by a mass of air bubbles of glass powder caused by heating under a vacuum state in the furnace is solved, the quality of the vacuum glass is effectively improved, the low-pressure vacuumizing and sealing mode is particularly suitable for the manufacture of the plate vacuum glass, and the vacuum sintering furnace is small in volume and low in energy consumption.
