Pneumatic and internal combustion hybrid system based on multi-stage utilization of afterheat of cooled water

Abstract

The invention relates to an engine power system, and aims to provide a pneumatic and internal combustion hybrid system based on multi-stage utilization of afterheat of cooled water. According to the system, an air inlet pressure stabilization box of a pneumatic engine is connected with an air storage tank through a high pressure air pipeline; an air cylinder body and an air cylinder cover of a water-cooled internal combustion engine, a water pump and a pipeline form loop circulation; a circulation loop of the cooling water in the water-cooled internal combustion engine is divided into three stages; the first stage of the circulation loop is small circulation of the internal combustion engine body; the second stage of the circulation loop and the third stage of the circulation loop are respectively added into a pneumatic engine air cylinder and a water and air heat exchanger; and the stages of circulation loops are switched by turning on and turning off an electronic thermostat. The system makes full use of the afterheat of the cooling water in the internal combustion engine, so that the working environment of the pneumatic engine is improved, the circulation output power of the pneumatic engine is improved effectively, and the air consumption rate of the pneumatic engine is reduced finally; furthermore, the energy consumption of the internal combustion engine is reduced; and the dynamic property and the economy of the power system are improved.
本发明涉及发动机动力系统,旨在提供一种基于冷却水余热多级利用的气动-内燃混合动力系统。该系统中,气动发动机的进气稳压箱经高压气体管路接于储气罐,水冷式内燃机的气缸体、气缸盖,水泵和管路构成回路循环;水冷式内燃机的冷却水的循环回路分为三级;其中,第一级循环回路为内燃机本身的小循环,第二级、第三级的循环回路分别加入气动发动机气缸和水空换热器;各级循环回路之间由电子节温器的开闭动作实现循环回路的转换。本发明更加充分地利用内燃机冷却水的余热,改善了气动发动机的工作环境,有效地提高了气动发动机的循环输出功,最终能够降低气动发动机的气耗率;减少了内燃机能量消耗;动力系统动力性得到提高,经济性得到改善。
