Abstract

The invention relates to an online monitoring device, in particular to an online monitoring device for the state of cutting tools. According to the online monitoring device, a main shaft current measuring device, an acoustic emission measuring device, a force measuring device and a signal processing and machining control device, wherein the main shaft current measuring device is provided with a main shaft current sensor, a current/voltage signal converter and a full-wave rectifier; the acoustic emission measuring device is provided with an acoustic emission sensor and a signal amplifier; the force measuring device is provided with a dynamometer and the signal amplifier; the signal processing and machining control device is provided with a multichannel dynamic signal analyzer, a lower computer and an upper computer; the acoustic emission sensor is arranged on a cutter; the measuring signal output end of the acoustic emission sensor is connected with the input end of the signal amplifier, and the output end of the signal amplifier is connected with the multichannel dynamic signal analyzer; the dynamometer is fixed to the bottom of a cutter frame; the signal output end of the dynamometer is connected with the input end of the signal amplifier; and the output end of the signal amplifier is connected with the input end of the multichannel dynamic signal analyzer.
一种切削加工工具状态在线监控装置,涉及一种在线监控装置。设有主轴电流测量装置、声发射测量装置、测力装置、信号处理与加工控制装置;主轴电流测量装置设有主轴电流传感器、电流/电压信号转换器、全波整流器;声发射测量装置设有声发射传感器、信号放大器;测力装置设有测力仪、信号放大器;信号处理与加工控制装置设有多通道动态信号分析仪、下位机、上位机;声发射传感器放置在刀具上,发射传感器的测量信号输出端接信号放大器输入端,信号放大器输出端接多通道动态信号分析仪;所述测力仪固定在刀架的底部,测力仪信号输出端接信号放大器输入端,信号放大器输出端接多通道动态信号分析仪输入端。
