Novel temporary solidification system used for continuous beam cantilever construction

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel temporary solidification system used for the continuous beam cantilever construction, comprising temporary supports and anti-overturning devices, wherein the temporary supports and the anti-overturning devices are placed between the top surface of a pier body and a cast-in-place section of a beam body; each anti-overturning device is a slender rod piece; one end of the slender rod piece is embedded in a lower-part support structure of the beam body, and the other end of the slender rod piece is anchored in the cast-in-place section of the beam body; a permanent support is supported between the lower-part support structure of the beam body and the cast-in-place section of the beam body; two rows of temporary supports and two rows of anti-overturning devices are arranged; the temporary supports and the anti-overturning devices are arranged symmetrical to the beam body along a bridge-direction axial line and are also arranged symmetrical to the lateral bridge-direction axial line of the permanent support; each anti-overturning device comprises an anti-overturning pull rod and a corrugated pipe outwards sleeved outside the anti-overturning pull rod; and each temporary support is a flexible temporary support comprising a steel plate and rubber. According to the novel temporary solidification system disclosed by the invention, the problem of generating bigger structural secondary internal force because the permanent support sags when the temporary solidification of the beam body is relieved can be furthest avoided. The novel temporary solidification system is convenient to assemble and disassemble, saves construction time and construction cost, ensures that the temporary support can be reused, and can be widely applied to the temporary support of the cast-in-place stage of the continuous beam.
连续梁悬臂施工使用的一种新型临时固结体系,包括放置在桥墩墩身顶面和梁体的现浇节段之间的临时支座和抗倾覆装置,所述抗倾覆装置为细长型杆件,其一端预埋在梁体下部支撑结构中,另一端锚固在梁体的现浇节段内,所述梁体下部支撑结构和梁体的现浇节段之间支撑有永久支座,所述临时支座和抗倾覆装置均为两排,临时支座、抗倾覆装置都对称于梁体顺桥向轴线布置,同时,也对称于永久支座的横桥向轴线布置。所述抗倾覆装置由抗倾覆拉杆和外套在抗倾覆拉杆外面的波纹管组成,所述临时支座为由钢板和橡胶组成的柔性临时支座。本新型临时固结体系最大限度的避免了梁体在解除临时固结时因为永久支座沉陷产生较大的结构次内力的问题,而且安装和拆除方便、节省施工时间和施工成本、临时支座可以重复使用。本新型临时固结体系可广泛应用于连续梁悬浇阶段的临时支承。
