Abstract

本发明公开了一种不含钼、镍高价元素,以低价硅、锰为主要合金元素,可制造球磨机衬板、挖掘机斗齿等抗磨部件的高强度耐磨铸钢,其所述铸钢的化学成分及其质量百分比为:C:0.25-0.60;Si:0.40-1.20;Mn:1.0-1.5;Cr:0.5-1.6;B:0.03-0.08;N:0.05-0.035;Ca:0.02-0.08;Ti:0.05-0.15;Y:0.02-0.10;Mg:0.02-0.10,所述铸钢先在880-1050℃淬火3-4小时,出炉后快冷,再在220-300℃回火处理6-8小时,其抗拉强度大于1500MPa,延伸率大于5%,冲击韧性大于120J/cm2,硬度大于50HRC。
The invention discloses high strength wear resistant cast steel which does not contain high-price molybdenum and nickel elements, uses low-price silicon and manganese as main alloying elements and can be used to prepare wear resistant parts such as ball mill liners and excavator bucket teeth. The cast steel comprises the following chemical compositions by weight percent: 0.25-0.60% of C, 0.40-1.20% of Si, 1.0-1.5% of Mn, 0.5-1.6% of Cr, 0.03-0.08% of B, 0.05-0.035% of N, 0.02-0.08% of Ca, 0.05-0.15% of Ti, 0.02-0.10% of Y and 0.02-0.10% of Mg. The preparation method of the cast steel comprises the following steps: quenching at 880-1050 DEG C for 3-4 hours, discharging, performing quick cooling and tempering at 220-300 DEG C for 6-8 hours. The tensile strength of the cast steel is more than 1500Mpa, the elongation rate is more than 5%, the impact toughness is more than 120J/cm<2> and the hardness is more than 50HRC.
