Production method of composite type heating pad

Abstract

The invention relates to a production method of a composite type heating pad. Firstly, a layer of non-woven fabrics is laid on a wire arrangement mold, and then heating leads are arranged according to the wire arrangement mold. After the wire arrangement is finished, a layer of hot melt glue and a layer of non-woven fabrics are covered sequentially. The layer of non-woven fabrics, the leads, the hot melt glue and another layer of the non-woven fabrics are put on a heat-sealing machine to be hot-pressed and taken out after the hot melt glue is melted and the non-woven fabrics and the heating leads are pressed tightly, and the composite type heating pad is obtained after forming at normal temperature. By means of the method, namely the heating leads are arranged between two layers of non-woven fabrics and the heating leads and the two layers of non-woven fabrics are fixed through the hot melt glue, the fixing is firm, no displacement of the heating leads relative to the non-woven fabrics is caused, and service life of the heating pad is prolonged. In addition, the wire arrangement mold is adopted in arranging wires, wire arrangement grooves are arranged on the wire arrangement mold, and the heating leads are prevented from being pressed in press sealing so as to damage the heating leads. Locating pins are arranged at the position of corners of the wire arrangement grooves, locating of the non-woven fabrics and the hot melt glue is obtained, and the heating pad after heat-sealing can not produce wrinkles.
本发明所设计的一种复合型加热垫的生产方法,首先在布线模具上铺设一层无纺布,然后根据布线模具进行加热导线的布置,布线完成后依次覆盖一层热熔胶和一层无纺布,再将上述多者一起放在热合机上热压,待热熔胶熔化且无纺布与加热导线之间压紧后取出,常温定型后即得到复合型加热垫。该方法,在两层无纺布之间排布加热导线,并通过热熔胶,实现三者之间的固定,固定更加牢固,而且加热导线相对无纺布不会发生位移,可以提高加热垫的使用寿命。另外在布线时采用布线模具,布面模具上设有布线槽,在压合时可以避免加热导线受到压迫,损坏加热导线,而在布线槽的拐角处设有定位针,可以实现对无纺布及热熔胶的定位,使热压后的加热垫不会产生褶皱。
