Abstract

本发明公开了一种重要合成香料的制备方法,更具体的讲是指一种4-氧代-β-紫罗兰酮的制备方法,其特征在于:以4-肟基-β-紫罗兰酮为原料,在水和酸的催化下进行反应,得到目标产物4-氧代-β-紫罗兰酮。所述的酸选择对甲苯磺酸、三氟化硼乙醚、乙酰乙酸乙酯或丙酮酸的一种;催化反应温度为30℃-50℃。本发明具有简捷、高效、绿色环保的优点。
The invention discloses a preparation method of an important synthetic perfume, particularly a preparation method of 4-oxo-beta-ionone, which is characterized in that 4-oximino-beta-ionone, which serves as the raw material, reacts under the catalytic actions of water and acid to obtain the target product 4-oxo-beta-ionone. The acid is one of p-toluenesulfonic acid, boron trifluoride etherate, ethyl acetoacetate and pyruvic acid; and the catalytic reaction temperature is 30-50 DEG C. The invention has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency and environmental protection.
